My Approach

My work is grounded in evidence-based psychology, drawing from CBT, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and developmental psychology. At the same time, I believe that therapy is not about rigid techniques or quick fixes. It is a relational process, shaped by safety, trust, and understanding.

I aim to meet you where you are, moving at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and experiences with curiosity and compassion, creating space for insight, regulation, and meaningful change over time.
